# Buy EG using 1 Step Process {% hint style="info" %} Pre-requisites: You have used EG Ramp before and passed KYC and Holder Verification tests. If not, go to [buy-eg-using-2-step-process](https://docs.egswap.exchange/features/egramp/how-to-buy-using-fiat/buy-eg-using-2-step-process "mention") {% endhint %} Go to Press **Connect Wallet**
You do not need any crypto in your wallet. See that the wallet we have chosen is empty. But if you have a small amount of BNB in your wallet, this is preferred in case of sudden price movements.
### **Step 1: Select Fiat** In the **From** field, select the FIAT currency you want to use and enter the amount you want to buy. For example 2 In the **To (estimated)** field, select EG. The amount of EG you will get will be auto-populated. If there is a minimum BUY limit on this transaction, the system will show it to you. For example, it's telling me that the minimum I need is £24.
So let's change the amount to £25 (but can be whatever amount you need) and click Buy
*** {% hint style="info" %} The price you see is the market price. See here that if you were to go directly to CoinMarketCap and find out the price for £25 GBP/30 USD, it is 50263 tokens which is very close to EGRamp's quoted price {% endhint %}
*** You will be shown a Confirmation
Click **Swap**. You will be shown a confirmation of Buying BNB as the first step, select Card Payment & Click **Buy Now**
### **Step 2: Initiate Order** Enter your email and press Continue
You will be asked to enter a verification code. Open your email and look for this code.
### Step 3: Verify Email You will find a code which looks similar to this, in your inbox.
Enter this code back into the EGRamp application & tick the agreement to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Press **Continue**.
### Step 4: Add Bank Card You will be asked to add a new card.
Enter your card details (Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV code) and click Add Card.
You will be shown a final confirmation and some fees.
### Step 5: Make the Payment If you have 2FA or additional security setup, approve the transaction in your App.
Your Order is now initiated and you will see this pop up. We will now attempt to take the payment from your chosen payment method at the **Processing Order** stage.
Once the payment goes through, we will move to the **Getting BNB** stage. At this point, we will attempt to first buy BNB to later convert it to EG token.
Once we get the BNB, you will get a confirmation via email that BNB has successfully been purchased and sent to your wallet.
The popup will now show that BNB has been delivered to your wallet.
### Step 6: Confirm Swap Request in your Wallet The pop up will update, showing the next step which is to confirm the swap request in your wallet.
MetaMask or your wallet of choice will automatically open and show the token swap section.
### Step 7: Swap to EG Click **Confirm.** You will see a **Done** confirmation. You can now close this pop up.
A Buy appears on Price Charts and BscScan will show a confirmation on the Blockchain.
You can now see EG in your wallet. The amount is less because, at the time of writing, there is a 5% tax on buys, so this was deducted and the remaining funds were sent to your wallet.
