# Customer Support

If you're experiencing issues,

2. If you can't find a solution, try asking the community on [Discord](https://egtoken.io/discord) **egswap-chat** channel**.**
3. If you do not get an answer and want us to look into your issue, the only way to do so is by creating a ticket in [Discord by following this link](https://discord.com/channels/825193154999222282/1168559965494059120).
