EGSwap shares commonalities with other decentralized exchanges (DEXs) in terms of their fundamental technological infrastructure. The foundational components that underpin all DEXs are essentially identical.

Uniswap, as an early entrant into the decentralized exchange arena, played a pioneering role in introducing the concepts of automated market makers (AMMs) and liquidity pools within the Ethereum network.

Subsequently, PancakeSwap and SushiSwap emerged as projects that adopted the Uniswap model but modified it to operate on different blockchain platforms: Binance Smart Chain (BSC) for PancakeSwap and Ethereum for SushiSwap. The fundamental building blocks of these exchanges closely resemble those of Uniswap due to their shared AMM and liquidity pool principles.
